  1. Siapkan 1/4 ons daging sapi diiris tipis-tipis.
  2. Siapkan Bahan Marinasi.
  3. Kamu butuh 2 sdm Kecap manis.
  4. Kamu butuh 1 sdm Kecap saos tiram.
  5. Kamu butuh 1 sdm saos sambal.
  6. Siapkan 2 sdt Lada bubuk.
  7. Siapkan 3 siung Bawang putih.
  8. Kamu butuh 2 cm Jahe.
  9. Kamu butuh Bahan Tumis.
  10. Kamu butuh 1/2 potong Bawang bombay.
  11. Kamu butuh 2 siung Bawang putih.
  12. Kamu butuh Margarin.
  13. Kamu butuh 1 sdm Tepung maizena.

Beef teriyaki is Japanese cuisine that very popular in Indonesia. In a large saucepan heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, water, vegetable oil, and garlic together in a large bowl; drop beef slices into the mixture and stir to coat. Then, remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

Langkah-langkah Pembuatan Beef Teriyaki

  1. Uleg bawang putih dan jahe.
  2. Campurkan semua bahan marinasi (termasuk hasil ulegkan) di wadah yang berisi irisan daging.
  3. Diamkan selama 30-60 menit (kalau saya 1jam).
  4. Sembari menunggu marinasi, potong bawang bombay sesuai selera. Uleg/cacah halus bawang putih.
  5. Setelah marinasi, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay dengan margarin (minyak gorengpun boleh,tapi saran saya pakai margarin rasanya lebih gurih dan sedap).
  6. Setelah bawang sudah agak layu/ berubah warna masukkan daging 1/1 agar tidak menggumpal.
  7. Terakhir, tambahkan maizena yg sudah dicairkan di air.
  8. Cicip tingkat kematangan daging dan rasa kemudian sajikan.

This beef teriyaki is one of my current favorite weeknight meals. Usually it is served for large events or big occasions such as a wedding or a buffet. Remove roast and vegetables to a serving platter; top with green onions. It is mostly referring to a cooking method and can be used with other various meats. But here beef teriyaki isn't usually cooked for daily meals.
